New tool launched to track campus COVID-19 vaccinations

A new tool is now in use for West Lafayette students and employees to submit and track their COVID-19 vaccination status with the university.

After being fully vaccinated with an approved COVID-19 vaccine, individuals can log in with BoilerKey at vaccine.purdue.edu to submit proof of vaccination. Submissions will be reviewed within two working days, and individuals may log back in at that time to ensure their submission was validated and accepted by selecting the Medical Clearances page from the navigation menu.

If a submission is deemed invalid, individuals will find details within the tool on how to rectify their submission and may also receive an email from noreply@pointnclick.com with further instructions. Submitting falsified vaccine documentation will result in swift and severe disciplinary action, up to and including expulsion (students) or termination (employees).

Importantly, individuals who have previously submitted proof of vaccination to the University via the previous Qualtrics form do not need to resubmit but may log in and confirm that their submission was successfully transferred to the new tool. Previous submissions are in the process of being reviewed and validated now; individuals can monitor the status of their submission by selecting the Medical Clearances page from the navigation menu.

Individuals may choose to Protect Purdue either by getting vaccinated and submitting valid proof by Aug. 13 or participating in contact tracing and routine surveillance testing, which could be as frequently as weekly, beginning Aug. 23. Purdue employees who choose to get vaccinated and submit valid proof by Aug. 13 also have a chance to win one of 50 prizes — including a pair of 2021 Boilermaker football season tickets.
