When must my submission for reimbursement for quarantine housing & meals be turned in by?
All requests for reimbursement must be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than Monday, February 15th 2021. Information needed is:
- Date of quarantine
- Documentation of costs incurred (e.g., hotel receipt, Purdue Village bill, Airbnb receipt, grocery store receipt, etc.)
- Written permission from Purdue e-mail to pay costs if stay is in Purdue Village housing.
